5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship across the U.S. and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Damazo covers return shipping costs for exchanges or store credit requests within the USA.
- If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Are your hats silk lined or a blend?
Our hats use a silk blend lining: 70% mulberry silk and 30% polyester. Silk provides the smooth, frizz-fighting benefits your hair needs, while polyester adds durability—so your hat is both luxurious and long-lasting.
