Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Damazo covers return shipping costs for returns, exchanges, or store credit requests within the USA.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Signature Crown Wraps
Due to the handcrafted nature of our Signature Crown Wraps, these items are eligible for store credit exchanges only.
Signature Crown Wraps may be exchanged for store credit toward the purchase of any Damazo hat or accessory. Refunds are not available on Signature Crown Wraps.
All Other Hats
All Damazo hats, excluding Signature Crown Wraps, are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of delivery and meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you selected and paid for expedited or priority shipping at checkout, those shipping charges will not be refunded if the order is returned.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items are not eligible for return if:

The product has been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

The tags have been removed.

The item is not returned in its original packaging.

The hat, crown wrap, or accessory has been crushed, bent, stained, torn, or otherwise damaged after delivery.
Damazo reserves the right to deny a refund, exchange, or store credit if a returned item does not meet these requirements.
Exchanges
For eligible products, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.
Please note that Signature Crown Wraps are eligible for store credit exchanges only and are not eligible for refunds.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, except where applicable consumer protection laws permit exclusions for customized or handcrafted products.
