Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times vary by destination and may take 10-20 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to be reflected in the system.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Damages & Issues:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@damazo.netwith your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and offer a resolution.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our silk-lined headwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us for assistance.
