Eclipse and Eos are open-top styles, so there is no crown to fit into and no size to choose. The band adjusts to your head, and your hair sits above it rather than getting pressed under it.

- Open the band or tie-back fully before your first wear.
- Sit the band just above your eyebrows and ears.
- Close it until it is snug, not tight — you should be able to slide a finger underneath.
- Wearing your hair up, back or out? Adjust with it styled the way you normally wear it.
Tip: because the top is open, height is never the problem. If a closed hat has ever flattened a style, this is the part that changes.

I’ve tried so many visors that wreck my edges, and this is the first one that actually doesn’t. The silk lining makes a huge difference. No frizz on my hairline. I wear it for walks, errands. It looks clean and elevated, not cheap.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I gotta say this visor surprised me. As a woman with natural hair (I keep my hair in twist outs mostly), I NEVER find visors that don’t pull on my edges. This one has the silk inside so it just slides on smooth, no frizz when I take it off. It’s super light too. The quality is not cheap at all, the straw feels strong but still flexible. The elastic in the back stretch enough for my puff which I appreciate because other hats just perch on my head. Customer service was also really good. I had a question about shipping because I needed it before a trip, and they emailed me back quick, like same day. They made sure it got here on time which I respect. The packaging was also really nice, came in a black box that felt luxury. Overall 10/10, definitely will be buying another style for vacation.

With braids, the last thing I need is extra tension or breakage at my edges. Every visor I’ve tried before pressed right where it hurts. This visor is lightweight and protective, and the silk lining keeps my braids smooth without roughing them up. Would recommend this to anyone who wears braids

I’m not someone who usually gets excited about fashion accessories, but this hat has really impressed me. I spend a lot of time outdoors here in the mountains. The Eclipse gives me all the coverage I need without feeling heavy or making me sweat. The open crown is amazing — it keeps my hair free, and I don’t get that awful “hat hair” when I take it off. But beyond that, it actually looks elegant. I wore it to an outdoor concert last month and had two women come up to me to ask where I bought it.
