Will my high ponytail actually fit through?
Yes. Flow is cut with a genuine rear opening — not a tiny slit — so buns, puffs, and high ponytails pass through without compressing the crown.
I’m between Medium and Large. What do I do?
Take Large (58.5–60 cm). Medium is 56.5–58 cm. If you are still unsure, use the 60-second Fit Quiz, then exchange free if needed.
Is the lining real mulberry silk or a blend?
The crown is lined in 22-momme 100% mulberry silk, OEKO-TEX certified — the same weight people buy for pillowcases — so friction hits silk, not your hair.
Will it snag curly or color-treated hair?
Silk is there for straight, wavy, curly, and coily textures, including color-treated hair. It is the lining at the crown, not a straw interior against your strands.
Does the brim cover my neck on travel days?
The wide brim is cut for face and neck coverage on long days out and travel — hair up, shade still on.
Why not just buy a cheaper closed straw hat?

I took my Soleil hat on vacation and ended up wearing it almost every day. That does have a nice lining and it is a very wide Brim. The brim arrived a little bit bent from the shipping container but I think it's workable. It's a very straight firm rim. That's one small issue because it sticks out very straight and it's so broad that it's hard to walk through a doorway without it hitting either side of the frame. I'm on the shorter side so I feel like it looks a little ridiculous on me.
